Έμεινα απόλ� τα ικανοποιημένος από την εμπειρία ενοικίασης. Το α� τοκίνητο ήταν MERCEDES C 200 AMG CABRIO AUTOMATIC Hybrid καθαρό, σύγχρονο και σε εξαιρετική κατάσταση. Η διαδικασία παραλαβής/παράδοσης ήταν γρήγορη και χωρίς καμία ταλαιπωρία, ενώ το προσωπικό ήταν ε� γενικό και εξ� πηρετικό. Οι τιμές είναι πάρα  πολύ καλές σε σχέση με την ποιότητα. The rent a car experience was very smooth with Motive_Rental. I booked the car before arriving to Chania using their website. You simply fill a form and you get a pdf confirmation by email. A few days before the pickup you receive another email or a whatsapp to validate that you are still moving forward with the reservation. The brothers are very friendly and even gave me a free upgrade (I booked an Aygo but got a Yaris instead) while keeping the price for the cheaper car. There was no deposit and their prices are fully transparent. What you see on the website is what you get. Perhaps there was no deposit because I had only a 3 day rental. Moreover, I thoroughly compared the prices agaisnt all other companies in Chania and the prices are very competitive especially when comparing against airport car prices. In terms of customer support, there was one day where I forgot to turn off the light of the car, so the car battery was flat. I called, and 15 minutes later one of the brothers came to boost the car (I was in Chania). If I come back again to Chania and I need a car, I would deal again with Motive Rental my eyes closed.
