We had a wonderful time driving our rental car around Crete for a day. We requested a convertible Fiat 500, and ended up with the coolest yellow Fiat that we absolutely loved. Overall the rental experience was very easy and straight forward, we booked online via the booking form on the website, got a quote instantly. Shortly after Arkadios messaged me on WhatsApp to confirm the pickup time. Arkadios was really friendly and helpful, talking me through the car and made the rental process super easy! Filling out the form and making payment took 10 minutes and then we were on the road for the day! At the end of the day, we parked up on a street in Chania where we could get a space and handed the keys back into the shop. We struggled to find somewhere that would rent us a convertible car for the day at a reasonable price and then we found Motive Rental. Full recommendation for this company. In the peak season, when I needed to reserve a vehicle today for tomorrow, which would be waiting for me at the airport at 1 AM, it was almost impossible to find a rental car company that would provide it at a fair price. This company immediately promised me that they would provide me with a vehicle, without any advance payment, without taking a deposit, and the price was quite favorable compared to the competition. Got a Kia Piccanto which was perfect for 2 to explore the island. Got FDW insurance to be safe. They delivered the car to my hotel, on departure day I dropped the car in their lot by the airport and they had a shuttle to transport me to the airport.
